SMART TEX Conference Berlin

By in­vi­ta­tion of the TSB Tech­nolo­gi­es­tif­tung Ber­lin, Thorsten Kloost­er gives a lec­ture on smart tex­tiles and their ap­pli­ca­tion in ar­chi­tec­ture and de­sign at the Pla­toon Kun­sthalle lo­cat­ed in Ber­lin. The TSB Foun­­da­­tion fo­­cus­es on strat­e­­gy de­vel­op­­ment, ed­u­­ca­­tion, and sci­ence com­­mu­ni­­ca­­tion. It is in­vit­ing de­sign­ers and ar­chi­­tects to dis­­­cuss about the lat­est de­vel­op­­ments on smart tex­tiles and their tech­nolo­­gies of pro­­duc­­tion in Ber­lin and Bran­­den­burg. The Pla­toon Kun­sthalle Ber­lin sets the lo­­ca­­tions for pre­sen­t­ing the lat­est re­search and for the en­­coun­ter of arts and sci­ence. It is de­signed as an ex­per­i­men­tal space for artists and cre­a­tives, and hosts art pro­jects, work­shops, and events. it al­so pre­sents a mul­ti­tude of cre­a­tive and artis­tic pro­ject that clash with the reg­u­lar in­sti­tu­tions.
